At Trippy Tour Guide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and cancellation policies below.

Returns

You may return any unused tour within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, your audio tour must not have been downloaded or accessed.

Cancellations

Tours can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.

Return / Cancellation Process

To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@trippytourguide.com with your order number and reason for the return or cancellation.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to receive your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and cancellation policy:

• No refunds for tours that have been downloaded, accessed, or taken.
• Promotional codes, discounts, and sales are final and non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention

All returns and cancellations are subject to review to prevent fraud or abuse. Trippy Tour Guide LLC reserves the right to refuse return or cancellation requests if misuse is suspected.
